Premature Ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation that onsets within 2 minutes of penetration or even before that. A lot of physical and psychological factors cause this. Some of which may be stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, injury, etc.

Every man has had this problem at some point in life and so, most of the times it just gets better by itself.  But, if the problem persists practicing these techniques will greatly help. Apart from this, it is advisable you see an andrologist/sexologist,  to understand the underlying cause and the exact treatment for the problem.

It is often seen that the doctor might put you on antidepressants, due to the sexual inhibition capability in antidepressants, which thereby delay the process of ejaculation. Please discuss any other problems or allergies you have with your doctor before starting off with the medicines.

Below are some of the home remedies you could try:

Asparagus

Mix 2 teaspoon Asparagus powder in 1 cup of milk. Boil it for 10 minutes. Drink this twice every day.

Eggs

Vitamin D in the egg helps boost the sexual drive. Consuming 2 eggs per day will help overcome premature ejaculation slowly.

Berries, nuts and dark chocolates

Rich in flavonoids, proteins and minerals, these food items help boost the sex drive.

Milk

Grind 10 soaked almonds soaked overnight into a fine paste and add this to 1 cup of cow’s milk. Add a pinch of cardamom powder, ginger powder and saffron and consume this every morning.
