Diabetic Nephropathy is a kidney disease that results due to diabetes. Kidneys are the organs that filter the waste in the body and excrete it in the form of urine. The filtering is carried out by tiny cells called Glomerulus. The rate at which this filtration happens is called Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR). Lower the rate, higher the damage that has occurred to the kidney. The normal GFR is >= 90
