Sweet potatoes can replace regular potatoes as they are less starchy.
Also, you should make it a habit to eat smaller meals at regular intervals instead of big meals at wider gaps. In particular, breakfast should not be missed as this spikes sugar levels. So eat regular but eat healthy.
Exercise and activity levels
The next step here is ensuring that you should exercise the right way. Now being diabetic don’t overdo things and pass out, but start off slow and move up the ladder.
