It helps in getting rid of dandruff, neutralises the balance of the hair and is also used as a balancing shampoo for pH. The ideal way to go here would be making a spray with some soap liquid castile soap and apple cider vinegar and a dash of lemon juice. Shake well and keep using this on your hair like you do with a normal shampoo. Let the solution stay for a while so that the high acidic agents can penetrate through. Finally, wash or rinse hair like you do regularly and you will find them gone. You can also apply apple cider vinegar on the hair directly or use it as a post shampoo rinse. Add 1 cup of vinegar to a mug of water and use as a last rinse. Honey mixed with apple cider vinegar is a great pack for the hair too.

External uses of apple cider vinegar include helping getting rid of blisters and blemishes on your body. It also helps in restoring the natural pH balance of the skin. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a problem of hormone imbalance. It causes fertility problem for women and makes it difficult to conceive. Women with PCOS will have small cysts in ovaries and these cysts are responsible for hormone imbalance. If  PCOS is not treated, over time it can lead to some serious health issues. 

 

Symptoms

 

  • Ovaries become enlarged and accommodate number of small fluid filled sacs.
  • Irregular periods; fewer than 8 periods a year, prolonged periods (either scant or heavy), menstrual interval longer than 35 days, or no menstruation.
  • Elevated levels of androgens (male hormones) may result in some physical indications such as facial/body hair, acne, etc.

  • High levels of male hormones (androgens) cause PCOS.
