Just take a litre of water and boil it. As it reaches boiling point, add a bunch of torn and washed parsley leaves to the same and cover the lid. Do not boil, it reduces nutrients. Strain and have 3 cups of this liquid everyday for the next 3 days. You should see results in jut 2 days though. An important note here is that though a general dose of parsley is not harmful, having too much of the same during your pregnancy can cause miscarriage in the first trimester.

Healthy nutrients

If you want to flavour up your dishes, then parsley is the best way to go. It is rich in vitamins like K, C and A, along with iron, folate, copper, fibre, calcium and even vitamin B1 and B3. The other advantage here is that parsley can be dried and frozen really well. Just tear the leaves and freeze the same. Thaw it before using. Similarly, you can also just dry it up in the oven and get your own dried parsley herb. If you have lack of taste in your mouth due to illnesses or general nausea, add more of parsley to soups, stews, pastas, etc. and notice the instant flavouring it adds.
