Meditation is known to be one of the biggest art of living a healthy life.There is no specific way to do meditation .People of different communities and countries do meditation in different ways but after some time interval(which is not specific or fixed) they reach the same goal i.e ,A situation in which they are aware about what’s happening in their surrounding.Generally the best way to do meditation is first straighten up your back and sit in a comfortable position .In next step,concentrate on the point between your eyes by keeping your eyes closed.Keep practicing the same thing for couple of days you will definitely experience some change that will help in keeping you away from stress and makes you mentally.
One can practice twice a day whenever you get time and it is recommended not to eat food before meditaion.
