Transcendental Meditation is practiced 20 minutes twice a day, with research showing that amount of time being sufficient to contribute to greater health and well-being. TM reduces stress and helps one become more relaxed.

Meta-analyses of published studies show a range of psychological benefits, including reduced anxiety, improved learning and memory, and greater self-realization. Physiological benefits include reduced blood pressure.
