efinitely Maharshi Patanjali has mentioned various physiological and mental ailments and also has suggested measures to cure them. He has shown how Praanaayaam and Yogaasan can be used as therapy. Those measures must be taken and thus that much can be and should be used as therapy. But I expressed two objections-

1. This much portion (Only 25 %) of Yoga-darshan is assumed to be complete Yoga-darshan. So a larger portion having spiritual and scientific contents remain neglected. Actually this larger portion is more important..
2. Many authors, learned though they are, present a limited portion of darshan and extend their theories by hiding more important contents. They misguide for selfish and commercial motif too. The people who do not know the full contents can be misguided more easily. That is why I am insisting on reading the original treatise.
