Can I do yoga an hour after eating?

Body will try to increase the blood flow to compensate the oxygen requirement. But may fail and cause dizziness/black out/muscle cramps etc. At least 15-30 minutes gap should be there after yoga/exercise before you eat a small amount of food. 1 hour gap should be given before a large meal.
