Doing Yogaasans first shall definitely be more useful as it will calm down your mind.
Note that for every emotion your body takes a certain posture, for example, if you fell happy and confident your shoulder would be wide, spine effect you would walk/sit tall.
If you are sad/depressed/under-confident your shoulders will be dropped, spine sloppy etc. Just by the way you sit , anyone can guess your mood and your state of mind. Hence every single emotion has a corresponding posture.
