The greatest and longest-lasting benefits are achieved when at least 3 or 4 yoga asanas are done every day. Most experts recommend a minimum of 10 minutes of practice every day. However, to practice a range of postures and incorporate breathing or meditation, 15 to 25 minutes is necessary.
