Everything that has to do with self- mind, body, moments, thoughts, expressions, etc- are all powerful! And so is meditation!
I have been doing mediation since past 5 years and my personal experiences are all about magic and power. Though it takes a lot of time for one to really go into a meditative mode and start experiencing the silence of mediation.
Meditation can take you to deeper dimensions of your body and imagination. What you can’t feel and see, mediation can make you realise those things. It makes a journey through your unconscious mind.
