What should I do first yoga or exercise?

Yoga should be done in the early morning before doing another work or exercise. This will help your body and mind to achieve their required health. You should make a mixed bag of yoga, power yoga and pranayama like Surya Namaskar etc. After that, you could go for exercise at any time.
