Which is better...meditating before or after working out?

Both have benefits, but as some have said, meditating after can be difficult if you're very excited. It can also be easier because you may be more present and in tune with your body, which is my experience. If you are exercising before work, meditation after exercise could bring your mind into focus and calm the body.
