  1. Do a Quick Sequence When You Wake up or Right Before Bed. In the morning, before you even brush your teeth, you can do a quick yoga sequence to start your day on the right foot. 
  2. Try an Online Class. 
  3. Take Deep, Meaningful Breaths During the Busiest Part of Your Day.
  4. Practice Mindfulness During Your Commute. 
  5. Be Gracious.
