Why am I feeling sleepy after doing yoga?

From the question I can guess only two reasons behind your sleep after doing Yoga could be:-

  1. Either you performing it in a tiring way, that limbs were more active and did not concentrate over your breathing pattern (See Yoga is all about focus and concentration over breathing patterns and your mental concentration over particular beneficiary part of the body ).
  2. The body being devoid of proper sleep/rest of 6–8 Hrs
