When should we do yoga in the morning?

Preferably in the early morning as the oxygen levels are best in the mornings and it is easy for doing yoga on the empty stomach as soon as one gets up. You can do yoga in the evenings if you observe the discipline of not eating anything for at least 3 hours. The Best Time I would suggest is Early Morning.
