I regularly practice Yoga Pranayama and Meditation in the morning. I am practising for more than 12 years. I go to a nearby Ayurveda college, where interested people come and practice undertrained teachers and doctors. (I am not an expert in all Asanas)
We do Yoga for 45 minutes and Pranayama for 20 minutes. Once a week we do Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Only during festivals or sometimes when guests arrive, I miss it. If guests are interested, I introduce them to Yoga and motivate them to continue it on regularly.
