  1. Identify a meditation technique.
  2. Practice meditation & pranayama regularly
  3. Let the thoughts flow freely & just observe
  4. Increase the time gap (void)between two thoughts
  5. Dhyan: Stay in the void as long as you can.
  6. Savikalpa samadhi (mild ego still exists, stay away from the temptation of powers)
  7. Nirvikalp samadhi (ego dissolves)
