Two things I learnt is that ——
- Meditation greatly increases our concentration. Our mind is always filled with chaos and murmurs and it is extremely difficult to focus on something when our mind isn't calm. Meditation greatly helps in such situations of chaos. It helps in focusing on the important amidst the unimportant things in life.
- There are times when we feel like giving up. And not trying anymore. We just feel like procrastinating and leave behind all our work just to regret later. Meditation and yoga help in that too. It helps in developing self-control and patience slowly but surely.
