If you strictly follow then you will be lose your weight 100%.It is not help to lose weight 10kg in a week but really effective.
First of all stop eating outside foods. Stop eating Carbohydrate. Because whatever you eat like chapatti, rice etc.. it will convert in sugar and finally convert in fat which is result in weight gain. No sweet and sugar at all as everybody know this is help in weight gain.

1.After wakeup in the morning first boil 1 glass water and add half lemon and if you have honey then 1 table spoon honey.If no honey then add 1 lemon instead of half.
2. Do some exercise or walking or jogging for 20–30 minute.(This is optional.if you want to lose daily 1 kg then you can do this)
3.After 1 hour In breakfast Boil moong first then don’t remove the boiled water from that and direct do crush with blender or mixture.
2. Very Small Chop of different vegetables like carrot, tomato, spinach(palak), cabbage, peas, beetroot, Green Chilies, Capsicum, Bottle Gourd, Broccoli(Optional). Add some ginger, Garlic, Onion and again do same with this Blender or mixture them all and crush it.
