How long do you recommend waiting to practice yoga after eating a meal?

Most teachers recommend leaving at least two hours after eating before practising. Personally, this isn't long enough for me and I'd suggest at least 3 hours. But it will depend on your body and what food you're eating. The longer the food takes to digest the bigger the gap may need to be.
