Meditation was something my spirit was called to learn but I didn’t actually get consistent with it until I had a physical injury and I knew I would have to learn how to source joy from spirit rather than intense physical movement- when I did it faithfully twice a day for 20 min I had happier and more free of stress- now I’m committed to once a day and definitely still find that I get through my day with things bothering me less and joy Coming easier with no expectations. Best to not put pressure on meditation and outcomes and just do it faithfully/committed
