I'm concerned about my poor flexibility - any tips on easing into yoga?

Don't worry about the flexibility. You will gradually gain more. Also someones, like me, will never be extremely flexible. When I find a nice yoga series that really feels in my body showing to me where I am far from flexible, I often continue to use that series for weeks. It will not make me super flexible, but clearly helps me to find new things in my body and to ease some flexibility issues.
