Practising yoga during pregnancy is the ideal exercise choice as the postures help to maintain flexibility and mobility throughout the prenatal period.  Regular practice also helps to open the pelvis and allow baby to move into the optimum position for a quicker, easier labour with less requirement for pain relief.
