That totally depends on the type of mediation and brain involved what should happen is the use of the faulty right brain where all anxiety is generated will be reduced and left brain use increased so more logical/positive thought.

This is a change from right brain dominant to left brain dominant is the huge change in itself, the right brain anxiety structures should, in theory, shrink in size as they are not being used.

EGMi has a prime objective to achieve this an intervention in our species, we can self-evolve away from right brain human-made suffering.
