The best way to begin is to begin.

Put in earplugs. Start stopwatch. Close your eyes. Sit comfortably. Observe your breathing. When you open your eyes. Check the time. Next time you meditate, try to stay longer. But don’t be obsessed with time. Meditation is not about the time, time is just a tool. Meditate daily, you will get there.
