As much as I believe that diabetes (type 2) is reversible, I also believe that Yoga cannot singly help reverse it. While Yoga can surely be a part of a disciplined regimen to reverse type 2 diabetes, you cannot do so without a proper diet and other forms of exercise.
You cannot simply do Yoga and eat what you want and expect your diabetes to go away. Along with Yoga, you also need a holistic diet. You will also need dietary supplements to help in the process of reversal and you’ll also need them to control blood sugar and keep health complications arising from diabetes at bay.
