If I have to put it generally, I will answer based on the classical approach. Pachimottanasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Padmasana, Mayurasana, Uttama Kurmasans, Sarvangasana, Shirshasana, Shavasana are a few asanas often mentioned in classical texts for their integral benefits in all layers of the human system.

But it really depends on the fitness level, the age, the background of the practice etc. before creating a yoga practice module.
