• A healthy diet is the key to healthy offspring. This case is true not just for IVF, but also for normal pregnancy. It should include a balanced amount of proteins and carbs, fresh fruits, vegetables both cooked and uncooked, handful of nuts, lentils
• Avoiding rigorous physical activity like gym or swimming
• Refraining from the usage of alcohol and smoking
• Avoiding caffeine
• Avoiding sexual intercourse
• A complete bed rest is usually not necessary, since once the embryo is implanted it is as normal as an unassisted pregnancy which usually allows to continue a normal lifestyle.
