Yes, Yoga can definitely be practised at the office. Like most people, I spend lots of time sitting in front of a computer. I know how tight our bodies tend to get in front of the computer. A sore lower back, stiff neck, and tight hips and shoulders from sitting at a desk for 8+ hours.
