If you're a beginner, not well established in the Meditation state these things matter.

Otherwise, these things don't hold much significance.

The more significant thing about Meditation is about your inner energies.

We should focus on how to preserve our energy in order to progress in meditation.

There are certain ways or technique by which one can maintain one’s energy. There are many ways.

  • Easiest one such way is using Rudraksha mala. It acts as a cocoon to store one's Energy generated through Yoga / Meditation. Rudraksha is the least possession of a Spiritual Seeker. Even Buddhist monks use Rudraksha beads.
  • Staying in Consecrated Energy space, Temples.
