I went to a beginner yoga class but it felt too advanced. Does that mean that I can’t do yoga?

Yoga is the Science & Technology of calming down the mind. There are various techniques to achieve that. Technique which uses the body to calm down the mind is called Asana, which uses the Breath to calm down the mind is called Pranayama and which uses the mind itself to calm down the mind is called Dhyan. So, among this choices, I am sure, you can choose a technique which you dont feel as too advanced.
