Raj Kapotasana, High Lunge, or Crescent Pose. Please do Parsvatonasana too. Walk on the grass and do long lunge walking where your back knee touches the ground.  keep your torso straight and your hands either in the air or touch your front knee. It's powerful stuff if you can do 10-40 long lunge steps.
