Kidney stones are the typical urinary tract disorders. Kidney stones can be formed when normal materials in your urine become too concentrated. When this occurs, the solid substance can stay in your kidney, or may eventually pass out of your body through urinary tract.

 

Symptoms

 

  • Feeling severe pain in the back and side, below the ribs, is one of the main symptoms of kidney stone.
  • Abdominal or groin pain are also often caused by kidney stone.
  • You may also feel pain on urination.
  • Sometimes you may  experience nausea and vomiting.
  • You may notice change in your urine colour (pink, red, or brown).
  • Urinating more often than usual, or not able to pass urine completely.
  • Foul smelling urine is also a symptom of kidney stone.

Causes

 

  • Lack of water in the body is the main cause for kidney stones. Because, lack of water can make minerals, salts, and other substances stick together and form a stone.
  • Poor diet, too much consumption of salt may also cause kidney stone.
  • Some of the medications such as calcium containing antacids also contribute to kidney stones.
  • Several medical conditions such as urinary tract infections, hyperparathyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, etc., lead to kidney stones.

 

Home Remedies To Cure Kidney Stone

 

Lemon Juice and Olive Oil

 

  • Lemon juice and olive oil mixture is an excellent remedy for treating kidney stones. Citric acid helps to prevent the stone growth and break down the calcium stones.
  • Mix equal amount of lemon juice and olive oil (approximately 4-5 table spoons), drink the mixture followed by 2-3 glasses of water. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.

Pomegranate

  • Astringent properties f pomegranate helps treat kidney stones.
  • Eat one whole pomegranate or drink one glass of pomegranate juice daily.
  • Alternatively, grind one tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and mix it with a cup of horse gram soup. Consume this once daily.

Watermelon

 

  • Watermelon is full of calcium, carbonates, and magnesium phosphates. This calcium is highly essential for maintaining health of kidneys.
  • Eat several pieces of watermelon regularly. You can also drink watermelon juice daily.

Kidney Beans

  • Eat kidney bean soup and salad regularly.
  • Another method is, boil the kidney beans in water until the beans are soft and tender. Strain the water, allow it to cool. Drink this liquid several times a day. However, do not keep this liquid for more than 24 hours.

Female sterility is a condition of being an infertile woman. The state of being unable to reproduce may result from congenital defects in the reproductive system, such as fallopian tube blockage, problems with ovaries, uterus, cervix, or vagina. 

 

Symptoms

 

  • The main symptom of female sterility is not being able to get pregnant after years of trying.
  • Abnormal bleeding during periods; heavier or lighter bleeding may also be a sign of female sterility.

  • Uterine factors can contribute to the inability to get pregnant. Uterine fibroid can lead to malformation of endometrial cavity making it difficult for implantation.

  • It is an Indian ginseng. It is effective for maintaining hormonal balance and promoting healthy reproductive organs.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm water. Drink 2 glasses daily.

 

Pomegranate

  • Pomegranate boosts fertility by increasing the blood flow to the uterus. It thickens the uterine and reduces the chances of early miscarriage.
  • Add ½ teaspoon mixture of finely powdered pomegranate seed and bark to a glass of warm water. Drink twice a week.

Cinnamon

  • Cinnamon is effective in fighting female sterility as it can help with proper ovarian functioning (helps treating PCOS).
  • Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of water and drink once daily.

  • Cut a ginger root into slices and add it to a cup of water. Boil it for 3-4 minutes and then simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Strain it and add little honey. Drink this 3-4 times daily to improve digestion and ease stomach ache.

Fennel

 

  • Fennel seeds are a great remedy for stomach ache caused due to indigestion. Fennel seeds have anti-microbial, pain reducing, diuretic, and carminative properties.
  • Mix one teaspoon of fennel seed powder to a cup of water and boil it for 7-8 minutes. Allow it to cool and strain it. Add little honey and drink it.

  • Asefetida, also known as hing, is helpful for treating stomach ache due to its antispasmodic and antiflatulent properties.
  • Add a pinch of asefetida to a glass of water and drink it. Repeat 3-4 times a day.
  • Alternatively, add a pinch of asefetida and salt to a glass of buttermilk and drink it 1-2 times a day.

  • Add few drops of peppermint oil to a glass of water and gargle with it before going to bed.
  • Also, rub peppermint oil into the lower portions of your nose before going to bed. Repeat daily until you see the desired result.

 

Clarified Butter

 

  • Clarified butter opens up the nasal passage and helps you breath freely.
  • Slightly warm clarified butter and put 2-3 drops into each nostril using a dropper. Repeat daily before going to bed and again soon after waking up in the morning.

 

Turmeric

 

  • Antiseptic and antibiotic properties of turmeric can treat inflammation and reduces heavy snoring. Use turmeric with milk for better result.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder with a glass of warm milk and drink it about 30 minutes before going to bed. Repeat daily until you stop snoring.
